Cole Bradbury brings exceptional depth to the firm's municipal practice, having served as City Attorney for Osage Beach, Missouri, where he represented the City on landmark economic development projects, including the $496 million Lakeport Oasis development, which combined a TIF, CID, and TDD with a $130 million bond issue through the Missouri Development Finance Board.
He has also served as Municipal Judge for the City of Iberia and as a City Prosecutor, giving him a firsthand understanding of municipal operations from multiple vantage points. A seasoned litigator with trial and appellate experience in Missouri state and federal courts, Mr. Bradbury's municipal work extends into the courtroom.
Most recently clearing the way for the first new landfill permitted in Missouri in 24 years and successfully challenging a provision of the Missouri Constitution before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. A member of the Missouri Municipal Attorneys Association and a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, Mr. Bradbury is uniquely positioned to counsel municipalities on the full range of legal challenges they face.
