ELLINGER SPEAKS AT 2019 RNLA ELECTION LAW SEMINAR

     Marc Ellinger spoke at the 2019 RNLA National Election Law Seminar conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. Marc moderated a panel on setting up and running an Election Day Operations Program. Panelists included: Jen Daulby, Republican Staff Director and Committee on House Administration for the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Roman, Senior Advisor Trump 2020, and Michael Thielen, RNLA Executive Director.
 
       Marc has more than twenty years of experience in election law and campaign finance compliance, including the representation of candidates.  Lawyers at Ellinger and Associates have participated in Election Day Operations in multiple election cycles, and have represented candidates with respect to qualification issues and in election contests.  In addition,  Marc has represented a number of  ballot measure campaigns and Political Action Committees across the State of Missouri. Lawyers at Ellinger and Associates have drafted initiative petitions covering a broad range of subjects and has been involved in the coordination of campaigns and litigation on ballot measures, on behalf of both proponents and opponents.
 
      Founded in 1985, The Republican National Lawyers Association is an organization whose mission aims to advance Professionalism, Open, Fair and Honest Elections, career opportunity, and Republican Ideals. Since its founding RNLA has become a recognized leader in advancing professionalism by continuing legal education events such as the National Election Law Seminar.
